Terms of Service

1. Services Scope & Routing Architecture

Corrath provides an AI-native security gateway designed to analyze routed traffic parameters for prompt injection detection, circuit breaking, fallbacks, and cost optimization. You acknowledge that Corrath does not control your upstream AI LLM models, and you are responsible for maintaining direct subscription billing relationships with third-party providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) connected through the platform.

2. Acceptable Use Policy & Compliance

You agree to use Corrath strictly in compliance with applicable local, state, national, and international laws (including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and India's DPDP Act 2023). You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying threat identification models of the Corrath firewall.
• Circruit break or bypass platform-level rate limiters, budget caps, or team roles.
• Route payloads containing illegal content, malware, or materials that violate third-party intellectual property licenses.
• Provide API gateway endpoints to unauthorized third parties without appropriate billing configuration.

3. Account Security & Key Vaulting

Your credentials, user tokens, and developer keys are the primary entryways to your secure gateway:

• You are entirely responsible for preventing unauthorized exposure of your Developer Keys (prefixed with `aishield_live_` or equivalent).
• Corrath stores third-party API keys securely inside an encrypted Vault utilizing AES-128 Fernet specifications. You are responsible for ensuring that the underlying third-party provider accounts have adequate security restrictions.
• If you discover key exposure or security compromises, notify our response division immediately.

4. Service Levels (SLA) & Outages

Corrath aims to maintain an edge availability rate of 99.99%. While we provide automated fallback triggers and circuit breakers, we are not liable for latency spikes, errors, or service terminations originating from third-party LLM providers. SLA credits, support response periods, and customized on-premise deployments are governed exclusively by separate corporate enterprise contracts.

5. Intellectual Property

All software modules, design components, CSS assets, database designs, branding logos, and models associated with the Corrath platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Corrath Corp. and its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access the dashboard and use the API Gateway for your internal application workloads.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW (INCLUDING LAWS IN THE US, EU, UK, AND INDIA), CORRATH CORP. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, DATA DESTRUCTION, EXHAUSTED API LIMITS, OR THIRD-PARTY MODEL PENALTIES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SECURITY SERVICE.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this agreement shall be settled through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California. For users outside of the United States (including the EU, UK, and India), mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction remain applicable.
